The difference between canned replies and email templates can be confusing, but you can use them to maximize your CRM email features.
Use canned replies
Canned Replies are part of the System Email Pro extension.
A canned reply is a pre-written template you create once and repeatedly use in emails sent to contacts. For example, you might have canned replies for notifying users when a quote is approved, an invoice is paid, or a transaction occurs.

Use email templates
Email templates are built into Jetpack CRM. You can use the System Emails functionality to customize the delivery method, subject, and appearance (via HTML).

Please note: the Mail Campaigns extension has a built-in WYSIWYG editor for customizing HTML emails sent via Mail Campaigns. This editor is not available to use with the default Jetpack CRM system emails.
