Before using System Email Pro, please make sure you’ve set up at least one mail delivery option.
Canned Replies

To access canned replies, go to the Jetpack CRM dashboard and hover over your Gravatar at the top right. From there, select Emails in the CRM Admin section. Then click Canned Replies at the bottom left.

Click Create One to create a new canned reply. Fill in the Title, Subject and Content, and click Save Canned Reply to save it.
You also have the option of clicking Edit to edit existing canned replies, or clicking the trash icon to delete them.
To send a canned reply, click Insert Canned Reply, and select the canned reply you want to send when composing an email.

Schedule an Email
Go to the Jetpack CRM dashboard and hover over your Gravatar at the top right. From there, select Emails in the CRM Admin section. Click Scheduled to create and view scheduled emails.

Click Schedule an Email to schedule a new email. Fill in the email fields, and click Schedule Email to schedule it to be sent.
You also have the option of clicking Edit to edit existing scheduled emails, or clicking the trash icon to delete them.
