Before using System Email Pro, please make sure you’ve set up at least one mail delivery option.
Canned Replies

Accessing canned replies
- Hover over your Gravatar (profile image) at the top of any Jetpack CRM admin page. Click “Emails” in the “CRM Admin” column.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page, and click “Canned Replies”.
Creating canned replies
- After accessing the “Canned Replies” page, click the “Add New Canned Reply” button.
- Enter a “Canned Title”. This is the title of the canned reply that will be used within Jetpack CRM.
- Enter a “Canned Subject”. This is the subject line of the email that will be sent to your contact.
- Enter the “Canned Reply Content”. This is the content (body) of the email that will be sent to your contact.
- Click the “Save Canned Reply” button.
Editing canned replies
- After accessing the “Canned Replies” page, locate the canned reply you want to edit.
- Click the “Edit” link next to the canned reply.
- Make your desired changes.
- Click the “Save Canned Reply” button to save your changes.
Deleting canned replies
- After accessing the “Canned Replies” page, locate the canned reply you want to delete.
- Click the “trash” icon next to the canned reply to delete it.
Sending canned replies
Hover over your Gravatar (profile image) at the top of any Jetpack CRM admin page. Click “Emails” in the “CRM Admin” column.
When composing an email from there:
- Click “Insert Canned Reply” (below the “Message” text).
- Locate the canned reply you want to use, and click the “Insert Reply” button.
- Make any other desired changes to the email.
- Click the “Send Email” or “Schedule Email” button, depending on your needs.
Schedule an Email
- Hover over your Gravatar (profile image) at the top of any Jetpack CRM admin page. Click “Emails” in the “CRM Admin” column.
- Click “Scheduled” to create and view scheduled emails.
- Click the “Schedule an Email” button to create and schedule a new email. The “Send date” and “Send if” fields determine if, and when, the email will be sent.
- Fill in the relevant email fields, and click the “Schedule Email” button.
