Logging Sent Emails to your Sent Box (CRM System Emails)

When you send emails out of Jetpack CRM we use the SMTP protocol to connect to your mail server and send the email. This is the traditional & widely used protocol for mail sending, but by default it does not allow the saving of messages to “Sent Items” folders.

As a result, Jetpack CRM does not, by default, have the capacity to save sent items for you, (e.g. to Gmail, or your webmail sent box). We may, in future, be building a system for greatly improved inbound email functionality (using IMAP4), which will allow us to optionally copy these sent emails to the sent box for your records.
