Why enabling Easy Access Links?
By default, the Client Portal requires each contact to have a WordPress user account to sign in.
If you’d rather avoid setting up accounts for every client, Easy Access Links are a convenient alternative.
They’re especially useful when:
- Sending proposals or quotes to many potential customers.
- Working with clients who prefer not to create logins.
- Speeding up approval by removing extra steps.

How Easy Access Links Look
You can recognize Easy Access links from “regular” Client Portal access links by the way the quote/invoice sharing URL looks like:
- Standard Client Portal link (login required):
https://yoursite.com/clients/invoices/123 - Easy Access Link (no login):
https://yoursite.com/clients/invoices/zh-WCSwXupDWV9JeeZDVXQ
The unique string at the end of the URL lets the CRM grant secure, direct access.
Enable Easy Access links
Follow these steps to enable Easy Access links for your Client Portal:
- Open your WordPress Admin Dashboard.
- Go to Jetpack CRM → CRM Settings → Client Portal.
- Check the box Allow Easy Access Links.
- Click Save Settings.
