You can follow these steps to hide any contact field from the “Your Details” section of the Client Portal page.
- Go to Jetpack CRM > CRM Settings > Client Portal.
- Scroll down to the “Fields to hide on Portal” section, where you’ll see the status and email fields are hidden by default.

- Add the field key for any additional fields you do not want shown in the Client Portal (e.g., hometel, addr2, etc).
- Scroll down and click the “Save Settings” button.
