Importing Your Contacts From Google Contacts

When you’re ready to start importing your contacts to Jetpack CRM, these are the steps you need to take:

  1. Enter the Client ID and secret into Jetpack CRM settings. You can follow these instructions to get your Google Client ID and secret.
  2. Once you’ve entered the settings, head over to the Google Contacts Menu under “Tools”.
  3. To start the import process, click “Import Contacts” Jetpack CRM: Google Sync will import your contacts into Jetpack CRM. Important: please note that contacts must have an email address to be added to the CRM. If they do not have an email address you’ll need to go to https://contacts.google.com and make sure each contact has an email address tied to them.

If you edit a contact in your Google Contacts account or add an email address to an existing account after your initial sync, you can run the importer again.

Click “Import Contacts” and the system will run again, updating your contact list to match Google’s.
