Get the language you prefer in your Jetpack CRM interface.
You can use Jetpack CRM in your own language, since the plugin interface follows your WordPress site’s language settings automatically.
This means that once you’ve set your preferred language in WordPress, Jetpack CRM will usually display its interface in that same language, with no extra setup required.
How Jetpack CRM chooses the language
Jetpack CRM uses your site’s WordPress language settings to determine which language to display in the admin area.
To check or change your site language:
- Go to Settings → General in your WordPress dashboard.
- Find the Site Language dropdown.
- Select your preferred language.
- Click Save Changes at the bottom of the page.
Once saved, WordPress and any compatible plugins, including Jetpack CRM, will use that language automatically.
Why Jetpack CRM might still appear in English
If Jetpack CRM is showing in English even though your WordPress site uses another language, it usually means that:
• The Jetpack CRM plugin hasn’t been fully translated into your language yet.
• The language files for Jetpack CRM haven’t been downloaded to your site.
Jetpack CRM translations are community-driven and continue to grow over time. You can check the current translation status or contribute new translations via the Jetpack CRM project on WordPress.org.
Troubleshooting language settings
If your site language is correctly set but Jetpack CRM still appears in English, try the following steps:
- Make sure you’re using the latest version of Jetpack CRM.
- Confirm that your chosen language is installed and active under Settings → General.
- Clear your site cache or any translation caching plugins you may be using.
If the issue persists, you can contact Jetpack CRM Support for help verifying your setup.
