When you add a contact to Jetpack CRM, it has one main email address associated with it. If you need to add additional email addresses for contacts, you can enable AKA Mode.
To enable this feature, go to Jetpack CRM > CRM Settings > General; under General Settings, check the box for Use AKA Mode option.
With this feature enabled, if a contact has multiple email addresses, you can add them as aliases.
How to access the Contact Aliases (AKA) section
First of all, you need to add or save a contact in the CRM’s contact list to see the AKA box.
Once you create a new contact, click on Contact Actions > Edit Contact from its main contact page; the contact edit mode displays the Contact Aliases (AKA) section on the right side of the page.
If you get the This Alias is already in use by another contact error, it means that either the email address is already in use in another contact’s main address, or it is already an alias for a different contact.
To add the email address as an alias on the selected contact, you will need to change or remove the alias in the other contact or completely delete the other contact.
