Create users and set access permissions for each of your team members collaborating within your CRM site.
Managing a team in Jetpack CRM is straightforward, thanks to its built-in user role system. This allows you to create accounts for your team members and decide exactly what parts of the CRM they can access.
Find and add team members
To view and manage your Jetpack CRM team members, hover over your Gravatar (profile picture) at the top right of any CRM admin page and select CRM Admin → Team.
From this screen, you’ll see a list of all current team members along with their assigned roles. You can also add new users by clicking the Add New Team Member button.
Each team member’s permissions are controlled by their user role. Jetpack CRM provides several predefined roles, ranging from full administrators to customers with Client Portal access. The table below outlines what each role can and cannot do.
| Role | Full WP Admin | CRM settings and config | Contacts | Transactions | Invoices | Quotes | Client Portal | |

How Jetpack CRM manages Team Accounts
Behind the scenes, this system works seamlessly with WordPress. Every team member is given a WordPress Admin account on your site, and their Jetpack CRM role determines their access level. Adding a new team member automatically creates their WordPress account, so they can log into the dashboard in the usual way.
For a branded experience, you can even customize the WordPress login page by overriding the login logo in Jetpack CRM’s settings.
Hi,
Please mention the details about, how can a “Jetpack CRM Customer Manager” can edit contacts assigned to him?
Hi Abin
It’s always best to send through questions via the http://kb.jetpackcrm.com/submit-a-ticket/ route if not covered in the documentation and we’ll get back to you (then update the documentation)
Hi,
I Only Want the Leads to Be Seen in the Teams Dashboard and not all contacts and leads.
How do I do That Please Help
Hi Niraj,
You’d need to modify the CRM to achieve that currently – alternatively I can put a feature request in for you for this if you’d like?
