Jetpack CRM account management

Log in to your Jetpack CRM account

When you purchase a single extension or license bundle, a Jetpack CRM account will be created for you. The account will use the email address you used when making your purchase.

Reset Your Password

You can reset your password by clicking the “Forgot Your Password?” link on the login page. There is a “Forgot your password” link to click on. Then follow the steps listed below:

  1. On the following screen, enter your email address and click the Continue button.
  2. If a Jetpack CRM account exists with the email address you entered, a password reset email will be sent to that email address.
  3. In that email, click the Reset Link to reset your password.
  4. You can then click on the secure reset link that’d be generated for you.
  5. You’ll be brought to a new screen, where you can enter the new password you want to use. Click the Reset Password button to confirm the changes.
  6. After you’ve completed those steps, you should be able to log in with the email address you used and the new password.

Delete your payment method

  1. Log in to theirĀ Jetpack CRM App account.
  2. From your profile image on the upper right of the screen, click the Your Profile option.
  3. Click the Billing tab on the left end of the page.
  4. The following page will show your current active subscription and any payment methods available. Click on the x next to the payment method/card you want to remove from the system.

Please note that if you have only one payment method, which is set as default, and a current active subscription, you cannot delete the payment method. You need to cancel the subscription first.

Delete your CRM account for good

While you can manage your account information, payment methods, and subscriptions from the App dashboard, it’s not currently possible delete your account completely.
