A Jetpack CRM account will be created for you when you purchase a single extension or license bundle. The account will use the email address you used when making your purchase.

Reset Your Password
You can reset your password by clicking the “Forgot Your Password?” link on the login page.
You’ll be brought to the following screen, where you can enter your email address and click the Continue button.
If a Jetpack CRM account exists with the email address you entered, an password reset email will be sent to that email address. In that email, click the Reset Link to reset your password.
You’ll be brought to the following screen, where you can enter the new password you want to use and click the Reset Password button.
After you’ve completed those steps, you should be able to log in with the email address you used and the new password.
