As of v5.5
you can now Sync MailPoet and Jetpack CRM. You can do this with the free Core CRM by using the MailPoet Sync module.
This guide explains how you can get your Subscribers from MailPoet into Jetpack CRM. If you want to export your CRM contacts into MailPoet, please see our guide on Exporting CRM Contact Segments to MailPoet subscriber lists.
Getting Started with MailPoet Sync
To get started, you’ll need the following:
- Jetpack CRM plugin installed (download here).
- MailPoet plugin installed (download here).
- The Jetpack CRM MailPoet Sync module is activated in Jetpack CRM > Core Modules.
Syncing MailPoet to Jetpack CRM
Jetpack CRM will automatically sync your MailPoet Subscribers while the MailPoet Sync core module is activated. The sync will run in the background without you needing to do anything else.
If you want to change the sync configuration or see the sync in action, follow these steps.
1. Configure Sync
If you’d like to tweak the settings first, go to Jetpack CRM > CRM Settings > MailPoet Sync.
From this page, you can choose whether or not to tag contacts with MailPoet lists and/or tags. You can also select what Jetpack CRM should do when a MailPoet Subscriber is deleted in MailPoet.
2. Run MailPoet Sync
Jetpack CRM’s MailPoet sync automatically starts working once the three steps above are complete.
You can view the sync status by going to Jetpack CRM > MailPoet Sync, or by going to Tools > MailPoet Sync from the top menu on any Jetpack CRM admin page.
From here, you’ll see the current sync status, including live updates.
You do not need to leave the sync status page open. Jetpack CRM will automatically keep your MailPoet Subscribers synced with periodic imports. Visiting this page will speed up the process, but isn’t required.
After that, you’ll start seeing contacts that have been synced from MailPoet in Jetpack CRM.
Don’t forget: You can also export your Contacts to MailPoet via segments too!
