Field Settings

Field Sorts

You can access these setting by going to Jetpack CRM > CRM Settings > Field Sorts.

Drag and drop fields in the order you want them to appear on each contact’s page.

Scroll down and click the “Save Field Sorts” button when they’re in the order you want.

Field Options

You can access these settings by going to Jetpack CRM > CRM Settings > Field Options.

General Field Options

Show IDs determines if ID numbers are shown for each contact.

Overwrite Option only overwrites new, updated fields that are sent instead of overwriting all fields. This is useful if existing contacts will be submitting additional forms that are linked to Jetpack CRM.

Contact Field Options

Contact Status is the list of statuses you can assign to each contact. You can enter whatever statuses you’d like here.

Prefix Options is the list of prefixes you can assign to each contact name, if prefixes are enabled in general settings.

Status Default is the status that will be assigned to all new contacts, unless otherwise defined in the form, CSV or any other method used to add contacts.

Transaction Field Options

Transaction Status is the list of statuses you can assign to each invoice.


Funnel Statuses is the list of statuses displayed in your funnel. This applies to the default dashboard funnel and the Funnels extension.

Please note that Overwrite settings don’t apply to CSV Importer.
The CSV Importer determines duplicate contacts by email address. If the newly submitted contact information is a duplicate, the information will be updated for all other fields except the email address.
