Custom Statuses

Jetpack CRM lets you define custom statuses for your contacts, companies, and transactions. You can edit these in:

Jetpack CRM > CRM SettingsĀ > General > Field Options for Contacts:

Jetpack CRM > CRM SettingsĀ > Companies for Companies (make sure B2B Mode module is activated in Jetpack CRM > Core Modules):

Jetpack CRM > CRM SettingsĀ > Transactions for Transactions:

You can control which statuses to use for your contacts, companies, and transactions by editing the values in the settings.
