What the Reseller plan includes
The Reseller plan comes with everything you need to run Jetpack CRM for your clients:
- 10 site licenses: activate Jetpack CRM on up to 10 WordPress sites.
- All included extensions: unlock the full power of Jetpack CRM.
- Rebrandr (white-labeling): replace Jetpack CRM branding with your own logo and agency name.
- Ongoing updates and support: for all licensed sites.
How licensing works
Each Reseller plan includes 10 licenses, with one license per WordPress site.
You can assign licenses to your clients’ sites and manage them centrally from your account.
- Each license is tied to a specific site URL.
- You can update the assigned URL up to three times per year (for example, if a client changes domain).
- Need more than 10 sites? You can purchase additional Reseller plans or contact support to discuss scaling options.
Billing and renewal
The Reseller plan is billed annually and operates as a subscription. Your plan will automatically renew each year on your purchase anniversary.
To stop renewal, cancel your subscription before the renewal date. Your licenses and extensions will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
White label your CRM with Rebrandr
The Reseller plan includes free access to Rebrandr, Jetpack CRM’s white-label feature.
This allows you to do the following:
- Replace Jetpack CRM branding with your own agency name and logo.
- Provide a fully branded experience to your clients.
- Strengthen your professional offering and brand identity.
Please note: per our terms of service, rebranded versions of Jetpack CRM must not be distributed for free or listed on third-party marketplaces.
Support for Reseller Plans
Jetpack CRM support is provided to the Reseller account holder, which is the agency or developer who purchased the plan. Support is not offered directly to your clients.
If one of your clients has a question or runs into an issue, they should contact you first. As the reseller, you are responsible for managing and relaying any support needs.

Additional details
Each license included in the Reseller plan is valid for a single WordPress site, so you’ll need one license per client site you manage. If a client changes their domain, you can reassign the license to a new URL; this can be done up to three times per year for each license.
If you decide to cancel the plan, all licenses will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which access to updates, support, and extensions will end.
One Reseller plan covers up to 10 sites, making it a flexible option for agencies managing multiple clients. If your needs grow beyond that, you can easily scale by purchasing additional Reseller plans or reaching out to support for guidance on the best setup for your workflow.
